{"id":56,"date":"2024-02-16T15:04:28","date_gmt":"2024-02-16T15:04:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pelec.dk\/?page_id=56"},"modified":"2024-04-05T11:47:52","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T11:47:52","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.pelec.dk\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Since 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consultancy and development of power electronics converters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the areas of interest, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power Electronic Concepts for various applications, such as Wind, Solar, Power to X (Electrolysis), Motor Drives, DC-DC converters and Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power Electronic Architecture for X (prepared for design, testing, transport, production and service)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System Enginnering design according to IEC 15288, applied to power electronics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA), using custom templates or software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Technical Leadership, of complex power electronic projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed Design of converters for operation under harsh environments (temperature, hummidity, vibration) for compliance with applicable IEC standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed Design of converter Power Stacks and gate drives optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed Design of various converter components including harmonic, du\/dt and EMC filters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed Calculation and estimation of power losses, temperature increase and lifetime expectancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design for Reliability according to a given target\/requirement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanical Design integartion of heavy components such as large reactors and transformers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circuit Simulation in various simulation environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design of analog and digital electronic circuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital Control Design and Implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programming of Digital Signal Processors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PCB Design and integration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed Specifications for outsourcing that de-risk designs in the long term<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debugging and solution development for mitigation of motor\/generator bearing stray currents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design of special and custom made test setups for various use cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test Planning, Procedure and Execution for compliance with applicable IEC standards (e.g. IEC 62477, IEC 61800, IEC 61439, IEC 60204)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cooperation possibilities include, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product designed and delivered to your factory by Power Electronics ApS according to your requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product designed by Power Electronics ApS using own resources and tools, and complete design delivered to your company or sub-supplier for production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contracting as external resource using own resources and tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contracting for joining your own project team to participate as a team member<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since 2024 Consultancy and development of power electronics converters.
